the room had complimentary tea and coffee. the staff was friendly. the hotel location is close to the saint-lazare metro station. i also appreciated that the hotel had shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel location is near a major train station. It was very easy to reach the hotel. The breakfast offered was good. There was also tea, coffee, and some treats available in the lobby each afternoon. Staff members are friendly.
The streets around the hotel had a strong odor of urine. The toilet regularly filled up, I heard a noise. There was no mirror in the bedroom next to the dressing table. This was inconvenient when I needed to prepare for the day.

The hotel location was functional, situated close to metro stations that allowed access to the historical center.
The outdated room decor was noticeable, and i saw little stains throughout the room (it made me question the overall cleanliness). The tv was also old. It did not work, even after a technician tried to fix it.

the hotel's four-star rating seems generous, as the room decor was outdated. i noticed some stains and discoloration in my room. (i definitely expected more for the price) the tv was old and malfunctioned even after a technician's visit.
